Recovery College

Bedfordshire and Luton Recovery College offers free courses and workshops focused on mental health, well-being, and recovery for adults living or working in Bedfordshire and Luton.

Our sessions are delivered by people with lived experience and professionals from ELFT, the University of Bedfordshire, and partner organisations such as Mind BLMK, Jobs HuB Bedford, DWP, and Live Well Luton. We promote a positive student experience based on the principles of recovery, choice, hope, and opportunity.

  • All courses and workshops are free of charge.
  • Open to anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Bedfordshire and Luton, including people living with mental health problems, their carers, family, friends, and professionals from local organisations.
  • Courses are available both face-to-face (at Bedford Wellbeing Centre and other venues) and online via Zoom, making it easy to join from home using a phone, laptop, or tablet.
  • Timetables are published four times per year, with a wide range of topics to support your recovery and well-being.

Our values: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive.
