Citizens Advice Bromsgrove & Redditch offers free, confidential, and independent advice to people living and working in the Bromsgrove and Redditch areas. Our specialist advisors can help you with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Housing and homelessness support
  • Employment and work issues
  • Family matters
  • Discrimination
  • Consumer issues
  • Financial advice and support

We also work with local partners to distribute support such as free £75 cash vouchers for eligible pensioners, people with disabilities or long-term health conditions, and carers.

Our service is free of charge and open to all residents of Bromsgrove and Redditch. We are grateful to our funders, including Bromsgrove District Council, Redditch Borough Council, and Worcestershire County Council, for enabling us to provide this vital service.

Note: We do not offer a dedicated drop-in service. If you visit without an appointment, we cannot guarantee you will be seen immediately, but we will offer a face-to-face appointment or a call back.
