Hounslow Safe Space

Hounslow Safe Space is a welcoming local hub offering emotional support and a listening ear for anyone feeling they are nearing crisis point, including carers. Our friendly staff are here to listen, help you cope in the moment, and connect you with practical local services or refer you to other agencies for wider support.

Who is this service for?

  • Anyone aged 18 or over who feels they are nearing crisis, including carers
  • People who live in, or access a GP in Hounslow
  • Carers for someone who lives or accesses a GP in Hounslow

How to access:

  • Drop in between 2pm-10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (last drop-in by 9:30pm)
  • Phone line is open from 2pm to 10pm
  • No planned appointments are offered

Current status: The Hounslow Safe Space location is currently closed and will be moving to a new site. Phone lines remain active and you may use our Ealing Safe Space as your closest alternative location.

This service is delivered in partnership with West London NHS Trust.
