This initiative, launched as a pilot by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC), provides essential resources for individuals with health conditions and disabilities.
**What We Offer:**
- **Tailored Support**: WorkWell aims to connect you with local services that address your unique work and health needs.
- **Services Provided**:
- General help and guidance via phone.
- Face-to-face work and health coaching, if necessary.
- **Focus**: This service is designed for individuals recently out of work due to sickness or those at risk of long-term absence due to health issues.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
To qualify for WorkWell, individuals must:
- Be over 16 years old.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a CIOS address (home, GP, or local job centre).
- Face a health-related barrier to work, including:
1. Currently employed but struggling due to a health condition or on sick leave.
2. Recently unemployed and needing support to achieve sustainable employment.
