Aspire - The Living Well and Early Help Service
Verified service

Living Well & Early Help (LWEH) is a friendly, island-wide service offering low-level community support across the Isle of Wight. Our dedicated team of 16 full-time colleagues is here to help anyone in the community, whether you’re seeking advice, guidance, or support for specific concerns.

We respond directly to enquiries from both community members and professionals, and we work closely with local charities and support agencies to ensure you get the right help for your needs.

What we offer:

  • Helpline support for advice and guidance, available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
  • In-person support at our hubs, community groups, and information points across the island.
  • Help setting up and connecting with local groups such as C.A.M.E.O (Come And Meet Each Other), Walk & Talk, Coffee Mornings, and Information Points.
  • Links to partner community hubs in Ryde, Newport, West Wight, and Ventnor, each offering a variety of local support.
  • Support for professionals looking to refer clients, including access via The JOY app or direct email enquiry.

Our aim is to build stronger, more resilient communities that look out for each other and help people get the support they need before reaching crisis point.

Whether you need practical help, want to connect with others, or are looking for advice on money, care, or wellbeing, we’re here for you. Get in touch by phone, email, or visit us in person at one of our hubs or groups.
