North Yorkshire Horizons offers free, confidential support for adults in North Yorkshire who want help with drug or alcohol use. Whether your goal is to stop completely or simply cut down, our friendly team is here to guide you every step of the way.
What we offer:

- Online referral options for quick and secure access
- Needle syringe provision via Click and Collect
- Specialist resources including Drink Drug Hub, Living Well Smokefree, Naloxone for overdose prevention, and more
- Individual Placement Support (IPS) for employment and training
- Multiple hubs across North Yorkshire for in-person support
Our service is free and open to anyone living in North Yorkshire who needs help with substance use. You can access support online, by phone, or by visiting one of our local hubs in Northallerton, Selby, Scarborough, Skipton, or Harrogate.
We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission and delivered in partnership with Waythrough, Changing Lives, and Spectrum CIC, on behalf of North Yorkshire County Council.
