BUILD is a free project from Voluntary Action LeicesterShire, designed to support individuals who face barriers to accessing education, training, and employment.
We offer personal coaching sessions in your local area to help you develop your skills and confidence. Our friendly team will work with you to boost your self-belief and help you gain valuable experience through volunteering, employment, training, and skills development.

- There is no age limit for this project
How to access: You can self-refer to the BUILD project. VCSE organisations and education providers working with people aged 19+ can also refer individuals.
Areas covered: Bagworth, Markfield, Ratby & surrounding villages; Ibstock, Measham, Nailstone & surrounding villages; Mountsorrel, Thurmaston, Sileby & surrounding villages.
