Queer Outdoors Club (QOC) is a welcoming and inclusive LGBTQIA+ community group based at Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre. We offer a safe space for members of the community to socialise, connect, and enjoy a wide variety of outdoor adventures together.
Our sessions run every Thursday from 7pm to 8:30pm, featuring a diverse range of activities designed to be fun, engaging, and accessible to all. Past activities have included:
- Paddle boarding
- Archery
- Foraging
- Firelighting
- Craft skills
- Climbing
- And much more!
During the colder months, we provide hot drinks—just bring your own mug and enjoy a warm beverage with friends.
Accessibility is a priority for us. We are happy to accommodate any specific requirements you may have, and there is no fitness criteria to join—our adventures are open to everyone aged 16 and over, whether you’re an experienced outdoor enthusiast or trying something new for the first time.
