Join our free weekly Treasure Hunt fitness activity at Cherry Hinton Hall Park!
This fun and inclusive group meets every Thursday morning during term time at 9am by the Duck Pond. Led by Anna, the session lasts one hour and is designed for all abilities. You can choose to walk or jog a loop of the park, stopping at 'treasures' like benches, red boxes, and mill stones to complete optional exercises such as squats, burpees, press-ups, and star jumps.
After the treasure hunt, the group heads to the tennis courts for badminton and other games, finishing with stretches and a cool down. All exercises are optional, and you are encouraged to participate at your own pace.
