DISC Dementia Support CIC offers free, friendly, and inclusive support for carers and families of people living with dementia, including those pre-diagnosis. Our services are designed to help you from the journey to diagnosis through to the end of your caring role.
What we offer:
- Support Groups: Multiple facilitated groups each month for carers in East Sussex, providing a safe space to share experiences and receive guidance.
- Carer Information Courses: Practical courses to help carers understand dementia and learn effective ways to support loved ones.
- 1-to-1 Support: If you cannot attend a group or prefer remote support, we offer information, signposting, and emotional support via phone, email, or post. This is available nationally and internationally.
- Professional Training: Paid, tailored packages for corporate staff and organisations to improve dementia awareness and care skills.

Access and Cost:
- All carer support services are free of charge.
