WorkWell in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland is a free support service for individuals with disabilities or health conditions who need help to start, stay, or succeed in work. Dedicated work and health coaches provide expert assessments of health-related barriers to employment, personalised return-to-work or thrive-in-work plans, advice on workplace adjustments, and ongoing support. Coaches are integrated into general practices and neighbourhood teams, offering in-person support at GP surgeries and through a roving community outreach model. The service is available to anyone over 16 living in or registered with a GP or Job Centre in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland, who has the right to work in the UK. You can self-refer or be referred by your employer, local services, GP, or Jobcentre Plus.
