We offer free support services to local families focused on wellbeing, energy efficiency, and ensuring home safety. This initiative is funded by Cadent, the gas distribution network, working in partnership with us to help families stay warm, safe, and healthy.

Our services are available to all families, whether you rent your home, have a mortgage, or own your home outright.

- Free carbon monoxide alarms and education on the signs and dangers of carbon monoxide.
- Home safety assessments.
- Assistance with financial issues, if needed.
- Free gas appliance safety checks conducted by Cadent's team of Gas Safe Registered Engineers, specifically for families in private rented homes or those owning their own homes.
