- Aged 18 or above (no upper age limit)
- Living in the Devon catchment area and registered with a Devon GP.
- Willing to either attend face-to-face appointments at the AccEPT clinic or using telephone or video conferencing (with sufficient digital access to do so).
- Has capacity to give informed consent
- Not in current treatment with NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT), secondary care NHS services, or other Devon mental health alliance services.
- Currently presenting with declining levels of wellbeing or quality of life and wanting to improve wellbeing
