The Wellbeing Community - H & F Partnership

Join us every Monday evening for an engaging and supportive group designed to help you create sustainable lifestyle changes that work for you. Each session offers a mix of valuable information, insights from occasional guest speakers, and guided group discussions where you can share ideas, experiences, and encouragement with others.
Whether you’re looking to improve your physical health, enhance your mental wellbeing, or make meaningful changes to your daily habits, this group provides the tools, resources, and community to help you take the next step. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies, tailor approaches to your individual needs, and empower each other to achieve our goals in a way that feels authentic and achievable.
