The Wellbeing Community - H & F Partnership

Join us for an engaging and supportive group designed to help you create sustainable lifestyle changes that work for you. Each session offers a mix of valuable information, insights from occasional guest faciltators, and guided group discussions where you can share ideas, experiences, and encouragement with others.
Whether you’re looking to improve your physical health, enhance your mental wellbeing, or make meaningful changes to your daily habits, this group provides the tools, resources, and community to help you take the next step. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies, tailor approaches to your individual needs, and empower each other to achieve our goals in a way that feels authentic and achievable.

  • 5th January - New Year, Slightly New Me: Reflecting and learning from last year to create meaningfull goals for 2026.
  • 12th January - Relax: Destress and unwind with simple techniques.
  • 19th January - Creativity for Wellbeing: Monthly creative sessions with local poet and artist Alba Frederick – explore drawing, writing and more, all with a focus on wellbeing.
  • 26th January - Creative fun with your phone : Artist and educator Sue Shorvon leads a session on using your smartphone to see and explore, creatively, turning the everyday into art.
  • 9th February - Creativity For Wellbeing: Destress and unwind with simple techniques.
  • 16th February - Navigating relationships in digital world: Discussing ways to navigate communicating in the digital world.
  • 23rd February - Creative fun with your phone: Artist and educator Sue Shorvon leads a session on using your smartphone to see and explore, creatively, turning the everyday into art.
  • 2nd March - Creativity for Wellbeing: Monthly creative sessions with local poet and artist Alba Frederick – explore drawing, writing and more, all with a focus on wellbeing.
  • 9th March - Sleep: Unlocking your full potential through rest.
  • 16th March - Move: Discover how to move in a way that benefits your Wellbeing. 
  • 30th March - Self-Care: Prioritising yourself for lasting wellbeing.

Please note: You must self-refer and fill out the form before joining. Once completed, you’ll be kept up to date with all the group’s activities and events
