Action Menopause Warwickshire offers free, friendly social group meetings for women who are perimenopausal or menopausal and seeking support, information, and connection. Our sessions provide a welcoming space to share experiences, ask questions, and receive advice from healthcare professionals and guest speakers.
What to expect at our meetings:
- Expert presentations on topics such as style changes during menopause, hair care, and self-care strategies.
- Q&A sessions with our clinical team, ensuring confidential and in-depth answers to your concerns.
- Opportunities to meet and connect with other women who understand what you’re going through.
- Practical advice and education to help you manage the impact of menopause and perimenopause on your body and wellbeing.
Upcoming Event:
Our next meeting is on Thursday 29th May 2025 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at The Nelson Club, 21 Charles Street, Warwick, CV34 5LE. Meetings are held on the last Thursday of alternate months.
Cost: All events are free to attend.

Additional support: We also collaborate with Healthwatch Warwickshire and run focus groups to improve support for women and educate men on how to help the menopausal women in their lives.
Online Course: For those experiencing anxiety and low mood due to menopause, an eight-week online course is available through Talking Therapies. Self-refer online or call 024 7667 1090 for details.
Who we are: Founded by Advanced Nurse Practitioner Sue Thomas, we are a local charitable group dedicated to helping Warwickshire women live well through menopause.
