Hands Together Ludlow is a grassroots charity dedicated to connecting the community and providing practical help, information, and support to people in and around Ludlow.
We offer a wide range of projects and activities designed to improve wellbeing and reduce isolation, including:
- Community Fridge: Open to all every weekday, 10am to 4pm. Access free surplus food and help reduce food waste.
- Lucky Dip Lunch: Enjoy a nutritious lunch made from surplus food, served Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- The Space at Number 15: A safe, welcoming place to relax, have a cuppa, and chat with others.
- Ludlow Men's Shed: A social space for men to connect, share skills, and work on DIY projects in a friendly environment.
- Mindful Colouring: Weekly sessions to support relaxation and mental wellbeing.
- Befriending and Good Grief Café: Support for those experiencing loneliness or bereavement.
Our team works closely with local partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to identify needs and deliver services that make a real difference. Whether you need a helping hand, want to join a group, or are looking for information and advice, we are here for you.

- Visit us at 15 Lower Galdeford, Ludlow, SY8 1RU during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm).
- Call us on 01584 873 062 for general help, to book a place at our community lunch, arrange a prescription collection, or for any other support.
- Drop in to our Community Fridge or join one of our regular events and activities.
Everyone is welcome – whether you’re seeking support, looking to volunteer, or just want to connect with others in your community.
All services are free or low-cost, and we are committed to making our activities accessible to all.
