Stop smoking for good is a Buckinghamshire stop smoking service offering 8–12 weeks of FREE, personally tailored support to help you quit for good. Our trained health and wellbeing coaches specialise in behaviour change and understand how difficult quitting can be. The service is designed for Buckinghamshire residents or those registered with a Buckinghamshire GP, with Milton Keynes residents excluded. You can join by filling in the online form. The programme includes free digital, telephone, and face-to-face sessions, plus access to stop-smoking aids and resources. Regular sessions help you build a quit plan, identify triggers, and stay on track. You’ll have your first stop smoking session to discuss why you smoke, why you want to quit, and to set a quit date; you’ll be guided through available stop smoking treatments. Throughout the programme, you will have regular meetings with your advisor to review progress and coping strategies. Progress can be tracked via the AmaraHealth app, which can be linked to your Be Healthy Bucks profile so your advisor can monitor your progress. The service also emphasises community support, with face-to-face clinics in Buckinghamshire (e.g. Aylesbury and Chiltern District). Sign up today to begin your quit journey. Cost: Free for eligible Buckinghamshire residents or those registered with a Bucks GP.
