This free supported employment service helps adult residents (over 18) of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health issues to find and maintain employment, training, or volunteering. Support includes preparing for work (CVs, interview practice), job searching, and in-work support (employer liaison, support plans, reasonable adjustments). The service is delivered through tailored one-to-one support, including in-office appointments at Siddeley House, 50 Canbury Park Road, Kingston upon Thames KT2 6LX, community outreach, and remote support via phone or video. There is a wait time of up to one month. Individuals with Autism can self-refer. Those with a Learning Disability or Mental Health Condition require a referral from Adult Social Care. Contact via email kingston@wwtrust.co.uk or phone 02046374816 or 07925 298 303.
