Family Fitness sessions happen monthly from Thursday 27th March from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. The sessions will alternate between circuits, rounders, Dodgeball, football and more, and then Dance fit- To include fun routines to different styles of dance and an opportunity to learn a dance routine with their family.
