If you diagnosed with Dementia, are worried about your memory, or of someone you care for, come along and join us at our South Asian Singing for the Brain® session at the Bob Jones Centre, Wolverhampton.
Friends and family are welcome to attend. Please come along. We provide tea.
Singing and music are known to be very good for people living with dementia and memory problems. All songs are in Punjabi, Hindu and Urdu.
There will also be a Dementia Adviser present who can also speak Punjabi, Hindu and Urdu, should you have any concerns or require any support or advice for yourself or someone that you care for.
This is a friendly and informal group. Currently around 24 people attend each time.
