Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB)

The Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB) leads health and care collaboration across the Black Country, working with local partners to help all communities live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

We are responsible for developing plans to ensure health and care services meet the needs of local people. Our work includes:

  • Improving access to primary care, urgent treatment centres, pharmacies, dental and eye care.
  • Providing health advice and support for a wide range of conditions, including cancer, dementia, diabetes, mental wellbeing, and long-term conditions.
  • Supporting vaccination programmes and self-care initiatives.
  • Reducing health inequalities and planning the right health services for our communities.
  • Offering opportunities for local people to get involved and have their say through panels, participation groups, and feedback channels.

Our headquarters are based in Wolverhampton, and we serve the entire Black Country region, including Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall, and Wolverhampton.

We welcome comments, questions, and input from local people, patients, and stakeholders. Our premises are staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. You can contact us by phone, email, or via our online enquiry form.
