PECT’s Energy Advice Service helps residents in Fenland, Huntingdonshire, Cambridge City, and East Cambridgeshire to maintain warmer, healthier homes and reduce household costs—especially during the winter months. Our expert advisors offer practical guidance on saving energy, accessing grants, and making simple changes to improve comfort and wellbeing.

- Training for professionals: Free online training for frontline workers in the East of England, equipping you to support vulnerable and low-income households affected by fuel poverty.
Our service is free and confidential, delivered in partnership with Cambridgeshire ACRE and Cambridge City Council, and funded by the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme.
