Black Country Housing Group (BCHG) provides a wide range of housing, care, and support services for people across the Black Country region. We are committed to helping our residents live independently, safely, and comfortably in their homes and communities.
Our services include:
- Renting and Retirement Living: Affordable housing options for individuals, families, and older people, including retirement living schemes.
- Residential Care and Supported Living: Specialist accommodation and support for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, and residential care for older people.
- Repairs and Home Improvements: Our in-house Homeforce team provides repairs and maintenance for all BCHG properties, including gas and boiler servicing.
- Cost of Living and Benefits Support: Advice and practical help to manage rent, benefits, and the rising cost of living.
- Social Investment Team: Support with employment, education, training, and starting a small business or entrepreneurial venture.
- Anti-social Behaviour and Community Safety: Help with issues such as domestic abuse, hate crime, and tenancy fraud.
How to access our services:
- Current residents and applicants who have received a letter from BCHG can activate their BCHG Online account for digital services.
- For repairs, contact our Homeforce team by phone or email.
- For supported living, residential care, or retirement living, contact the relevant team directly.
- If you need immediate rehousing and are not eligible for our waiting list, please contact your local council.
Our head office is open Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm (closed Fridays). You can reach us by phone, email, post, or by visiting our office. We welcome feedback and encourage you to get in touch if you have comments or complaints.
