The Athena Project is a fitness programme designed specifically for peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women, supporting them through the 'Wonder Women Years'. Led by Nicola Ostler, a certified fitness coach, the project offers both a 4-week group programme and weekly classes that women can attend in person or online.
