Our service offers support for patients discharged from the hospital, providing assistance for up to two hours a week for a maximum of six weeks. We cater specifically to those who need help with:
- Shopping
- Benefits management
- Respite care
- Equipment delivery
- Emergency clothing and toiletries
- Companionship
- Signposting to additional resources
Eligibility is limited to individuals who have recently been discharged from the hospital.
We serve the following areas: Redhill, Reigate, Horley, Lingfield, Caterham, Whyteleafe, Tatsfield, Hurst Green, Oxted, Merstham, Hooley, and central Dorking.
