Age UK Strength Training

Experienced personal trainer and coach Ash will lead you in a 6-week course using light weights to strengthen and tone your body.

Exercising with weights makes our bones stronger and more dense, decreasing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures.

6-week course,
Starts 7th June, 3pm
at the ETNA Centre,
£30 for 6 lessons.
