Age UK Strength Training

Join our 6-week strength training course led by experienced personal trainer and coach Ash!

This friendly and supportive group uses light weights to help you strengthen and tone your body, improve bone density, and reduce the risk of osteoporosis and fractures. The course is designed for adults and older people who want to stay active, healthy, and independent.

  • Suitable for all levels – Ash will guide you through safe and effective exercises.
  • Focus on building strength, confidence, and wellbeing in a welcoming community setting.
