Welcome to Whitton Centre Dance Academy!
Established in 1984, our dance school has helped dancers of all ages and abilities achieve their dreams, from first steps to performing on stages worldwide. We are based at Whitton Community Centre and offer a friendly, nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to reach their fullest potential.
Our classes include:
- Ballet (from age 3 to Advanced 2, plus Adult Ballet)
- Contemporary Dance
- Modern (Prep to Advanced 2)
- Tap (Preparatory to Advanced 2)
- Jazz (Mini, Junior & Senior)
- Commercial (from age 12)
- Acro (Junior & Senior)
We hold regular examinations with RAD and IDTA examination boards, and our biannual show is a highlight for students and families alike. For those interested in a vocational career, our competition team competes successfully several times a year, helping dancers develop their performance skills.
