Become a Live Well Havering Health Champion

Live Well Havering is a preventative health and wellbeing programme that aims to raise awareness of all the amazing local services in Havering. We want local people to find it as easy as possible to get support in the community when they need it.

Public Health have funded our Health Champions programme where local people can volunteer to raise awareness in the community about key health and wellbeing topics.

We are always looking for new Champions to join our community.

We are offering:

  • a one-day free training course, leading to a QCA Level 2, RSPH accredited award in Understanding Health Improvements
  • free ongoing training opportunities on health and wellbeing topics once qualified
  • information, updates and news on all things health and wellbeing in Havering
  • the chance to meet new people and become part of our community of Champions
  • free events and opportunities to get involved in making Havering a healthier place to live.

If you are interested in becoming a Live Well Havering Champion, we'd love to hear from you.

Havering Council colleagues can sign up as a Health Champion and do their training as part of the 10 days of learning.
