What we offer without charge;

1.       Physical activities Zumba and chair yoga.

2.       Education workshops to gain new skills and knowledge.

3.       Computer lessons for beginners – learn to use computer and Wi-Fi with confidence.

4.        Support community- meet new friends who understand and support you.
