East Surrey Community Connections offers free, friendly support for adults in Surrey who want to improve their mental wellbeing. Our service is based in Redhill and provides a welcoming environment for anyone seeking guidance, connection, and practical help.
What we offer:
- Engaging Workshops: Join a variety of free workshops designed to boost your emotional and mental wellbeing. Workshops are available both online (via Zoom) and in-person.
- Peer Support: Connect with others who understand your experiences. Our peer support groups offer a safe space to share, listen, and encourage each other.
- Groups and Activities: Take part in regular groups and activities, from gentle exercise sessions to relaxed socials and self-care workshops. There’s something for everyone.
- One-to-One Support: Work with a Community Links Advisor for personalised, short-term support. Together, you’ll create a support plan using the Recovery Star approach, helping you set and achieve your goals at your own pace.
How it works:
- You can refer yourself or someone else for support.
- At your first meeting, your advisor will discuss your interests and goals, and help you access local groups and services.
- We’re here to encourage you, help you overcome challenges, and connect you with the right resources.
Why choose us?
- 100% of participants say our service helped improve their mental health and wellbeing.
- We offer opportunities to discuss and shape the running of our service.
- Most participants would recommend us to friends and family.
All support is free and open to adults living in Surrey. Whether you’re looking for practical advice, social connection, or a safe space to talk, we’re here to help you move forward.
