Move through Menopause is an 8-week expert-led course designed to support people through perimenopause and menopause using the power of movement and knowledge. Developed in partnership with Menopause Movement, this programme helps participants stay strong, energised, and in control during this important life stage.

Loddon Valley Leisure Centre - Thursdays 18.30-20.00 starting on the 5th of February
Wokingham Leisure Centre- Tuesdays 19.00-20.30 starting on the 10th of February
Bulmershe Leisure Centre- Mondays 18.30-20.00 starting on the 2nd March
