Smokefreelife is a free, community-based smoking cessation service provided by Solutions 4 Health, available across England. We bring support directly into local communities, making it easier for everyone—including those who are hardest to reach—to get help to quit smoking.

Our friendly, fully trained advisors offer flexible support options to fit your lifestyle. You can drop in at one of our many clinics, book an appointment, or access help remotely via Quitline, text, or Face-to-Face video chat. We also provide home visits for people with mobility problems.

  • Free weekly supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) prescription stop smoking medications
