Memory Café is for people with dementia and their carers. It offers a casual, supportive space at The Railway Hotel in Hornchurch with refreshments, music and friendship.

- Spend time with others who understand dementia and caring
- Runs every other Thursday, 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
