Amser I Mi/Time for me is a free project from Ray of Light Wales, funded by Carers Trust Wales, designed to support carers of people affected by cancer in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Bridgend, Cardiff, and Barry.
We understand that caring for a loved one with cancer can be challenging, stressful, and sometimes isolating. Taking care of your own physical and emotional wellbeing is important, and finding support from others can make a real difference.
What we offer:
- Overnight stays for carers and their loved ones
- Cinema or bowling vouchers
- Techniquest vouchers
- Costa & Greggs vouchers
- Family events and groups throughout the year
Our aim is to help you nurture yourself, make special memories, and be part of our supportive Ray of Light Cancer Support Community.
