Men United offers free, confidential support groups for men across Worcestershire. We understand that talking about mental health can be difficult, but you don’t have to face your struggles alone. Our groups provide a safe, welcoming space where men can share experiences, support each other, and build resilience together.
What we offer:
- Daytime and evening peer support groups in multiple community locations.
- Special groups for dads and male carers.
- Job hunting support group in Kidderminster.
- Sessions led by experienced facilitators who guide open discussions and introduce practical tools for mental wellness, including mindfulness and stress management.
- All groups are free of charge, open to all men, and strictly confidential.
Session details:
- Daytime groups run every other week in Droitwich, Malvern, Worcester, Kidderminster, Redditch, Evesham, Stourport, Pershore, and more.
- Evening groups available in Stourport, Tenbury, Malvern, Droitwich, Evesham, and Pershore.
- Each session lasts 1.5–2 hours and is held in accessible, community-based venues.
