Working Well Norfolk supports people with a long-term physical or mild-to-moderate mental health condition who are out-of-work and want to find work. It also supports employed individuals who are currently absent from work or struggling in the workplace due to their disability or health condition. Referral to the service is quick and straightforward for patients and there is no need for a formal diagnosis of their health condition by a health professional.

Service access criteria:
- Resident of Norfolk
- Aged 16 or over
- Have a physical or mental health condition or disability (no medical diagnosis required)
- Entitled to public funds
- If already in work, must have been employed for at least three months before joining
