Mensnap - Support group for men

Mensnap is a welcoming, photography-based mental wellness support group for men, led by psychotherapist Steve Rose and photographer Luke Callaghan. This group is ideal for men who find it difficult to talk about their emotions, but can express themselves through photography.

Each month, around 10 members gather to take part in photography tasks designed to spark conversation and reflection about mental health. No topic is too big or small, and expert advice is always available from Steve Rose, a qualified psychotherapist. Luke Callaghan, a professional photographer, is also on hand to help with any photography-related questions, whether you use a professional camera or just your smartphone.
