Citizens Advice Tandridge District

Citizens Advice Tandridge District is an independent local charity serving those who live, work, or study in the Tandridge district of Surrey. Formerly known as Caterham & Warlingham and Oxted & District branches, it now operates from offices in Caterham and Oxted, with additional outreach locations.

  • Free, confidential, impartial advice on issues such as benefits, debt, employment, housing, consumer rights, fuel poverty, discrimination, immigration, and family matters
  • Advice is delivered via telephone (Adviceline), email, webchat and face‑to‑face appointments by referral—with no drop-in service, appointments are required for in-person visits

Outreach sessions at locations like OakHall Church and Caterham Baptist Church during lunch hours on specific days
