My Pilates classes are very welcoming to all new participants. You work at your own fitness level and pace . PILATES movement is slow and controlled exercise and very effective for people who are new or returning to exercise. I focus on strengthening muscles and joints, which will help improve general flexibility, balance, stability and core functions. The mindset of PILATES is of well-being and calmness which helps to alleviate stress and anxiety in our daily lives.
