The Centre for ADHD and Autism Support (CAAS) is dedicated to supporting, educating, and empowering neurodivergent individuals and their families throughout their journey, both pre- and post-diagnosis. Based in North-West London, CAAS offers a welcoming environment where people with ADHD and autism, their families, carers, and professionals can access tailored support and resources.

Our Services Include:
- Information, advice, and resources about ADHD and autism
- Support groups and workshops for individuals, families, and carers
- Specialist services for adults, young people, and families
- Training and education for professionals
- Wellbeing support and practical guidance
CAAS is committed to raising awareness and acceptance, reducing isolation, and improving access to services for neurodivergent people. We reached over 4,000 individuals last year, helping them to thrive and feel less alone.
Accessing Our Centre: We are located close to Eastcote underground station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) and a short walk from local bus stops. Paid and free parking options are available nearby.
