- Individuals experiencing mental health challenges, with or without a formal diagnosis
- Individuals with a diagnosed severe mental illness (SMI)
- Individuals accessing CPSL Mind services
- Staff and professionals working with organisations that support people from the above groups
- Living in Cambridgeshire (excluding Peterborough)
- Aged 18 years or over
What we offer:
- Flexible, personalised stop smoking support for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Financial incentives .
- Guidance on the Government-led Swap to Stop scheme, with the option to receive a free vape.
- Cut Down to Stop pathway for those who wish to reduce smoking gradually before quitting.
- Medication options to help manage cravings and withdrawal.
- Person-centred behavioural change techniques and holistic, trauma-informed support.
Quit Pathway (approx. 12 weeks)
For people ready to stop smoking straight away.
Support includes behavioural advice, medication, or vaping products.
Cut Down to Quit Pathway (approx. 20 weeks)
For people who prefer to reduce smoking gradually before stopping completely.
Support includes step-by-step reduction, behavioural advice, medication, or vaping products.

- Adults aged 18 years or over experiencing mental health challenges (with or without a formal diagnosis
- Individuals with a diagnosed Severe Mental Illness (SMI)
- Individuals currently accessing CPSL Mind services
- Staff and professionals supporting people from the above groups

Must be living in Cambridgeshire (excluding Peterborough)
Must be a tobacco user (not currently using a vape)
