Free, personalised support to help you stop smoking while looking after your mental and physical wellbeing.
Our specialist team supports adults aged 18+ living in Cambridgeshire (excluding Peterborough) who are experiencing mental health challenges, including severe mental illness.
We offer flexible support tailored to your needs, including:
Quit or Cut Down to Stop support
Nicotine replacement and stop smoking medications
Swap to Stop support, including a free vape where eligible
Financial incentives for achieving quit milestones
Trauma-informed, person-centred support
Peer support groups
Face-to-face, telephone or video appointments, including community and home visits where appropriate
You don't have to quit alone - we're here to support you every step of the way.
•Adults aged 18+ whose GP practice or home address is in Cambridgeshire excluding Peterborough
•People experiencing mental health challenges, including those who may be going through a difficult time but do not have a formal diagnosis.
•People diagnosed with a severe mental illness (SMI).
•Anyone already supported by CPSL Mind.
