Kickboxing classes for adults and children of all abilities, from age 7 years. Our beginner friendly classes provide a welcoming environment where anyone can make new friends, learn new skills and develop their confidence. Our qualified, 4th Dan Black Belt Instructor will provide you with the equipment and knowledge to progress through the belts, with opportunities to take part in optional gradings and sparring sessions.
