Gentle Movements

Gentle Movements offers soothing, gentle exercise sessions in Cambridge and online, designed to help you move more easily, listen to your body, and experience a sense of joy and stillness.

Our approach draws on a range of movement practices including Qigong, Feldenkrais, Yoga, and dance. Sessions are subtle and flowing, and can be done lying down, seated, or standing.

  • Weekly in-person group sessions: Tuesdays 1.30 – 2.30pm in Cambridge
  • Weekly online group sessions: Thursdays 1.30 – 2.30pm
  • One-to-one sessions: Available online or face-to-face, ideal for those recovering from an operation or injury, or with limited mobility

  • Those recovering from injury or surgery
  • Individuals with limited mobility

Note: Sessions are not aimed at people who want to build muscle or lose weight.
