Session Details:
- Monthly 'Calm under the Canopy' contemplative walks at Wandlebury Country Park (Friday afternoons).
- Mindfulness courses available through Adult Learn and Train.
- One-to-one health coaching for those experiencing difficulties or managing chronic illness and pain.

- Taster workshops are sometimes free of charge.
