If yes, Brent Council's Well and Warm service has partnered with Groundwork London's Green Doctors, to provide Brent residents free and impartial advice to help households reduce fuel bills and keep warm in their home.
Brent Well and Warm can assist residents with:
- Practical advice on reducing your energy bills while staying warm at home.
- Support with managing your heating controls.
- Information about grants or financial support you may be eligible for.
- Support with tackling energy-related debts.
- Referring you to other services that can help.

Service access criteria:
This service is available to Brent residents (aged 18 or older) whose household meets at least one of the following criteria:
- Someone in the household is over the age of 60.
- Families with children under 12.
- Someone in the household has a long-term health condition.
- Someone in the household is pregnant.
