Communities Together East Anglia offers monthly Digital Support Sessions in welcoming community spaces across Suffolk. These group sessions are designed to help anyone who finds the digital world overwhelming or simply wants to get more confident with technology.

You can bring your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop along, and the charity’s friendly volunteer Digital Champions will be on hand to:

  • Answer quick questions or provide more in-depth, hands-on support
  • Help you use your device safely and effectively
  • Show you how to access online services such as GP appointments, shopping, and banking
  • Support you with managing your health and wellbeing digitally
  • Build your confidence to stay connected with family and friends
  • Reduce digital isolation and make everyday tasks easier online

The sessions provide a relaxed, non-judgemental space where you can learn at your own pace, with one-to-one help as needed.

For details or to book into a session, you can contact CTEA directly on 01449 707030 or email info@communitiestogether-ea.org
