Girls Against Anxiety is dedicated to supporting girls, women, and non-binary people aged 18-25 who are experiencing anxiety and mental health challenges. We provide a safe and inclusive space where members can share their worries and anxieties in open, supportive conversations.
Our community aims to combat isolation and foster connection, helping members develop healthy coping mechanisms, increase self-awareness, and build positive relationships. We believe in the power of creative expression for mental wellbeing, offering activities such as journaling and creative workshops.
By empowering our members, we strive to reduce the stigma around mental health in young people and inspire others to prioritize their wellbeing.
